restaurant-style bak choy

I was always curious about how restaurants can get their bak choy tasting crunchy, not too oily but yet, delightfully tasty and refreshing. Managed to do some research and realised that it ain't that hard. Boiling the bak choys and then, frying some garlic to the crisp taste and then oyster sauce n pepper. That did the trick!!
