Assam Pedas Ikan (Fish)

For an amateur cook like myself, I've decided to embark on trying to cook a dish that Mr G loves but I've not attempted before - assam pedas fish.

Being a native Malaysian, Mr G has always love the rich flavour of the cooked fish together with its spices and sourness to complement the spices :)

After much research to find a recipe that is simple but yet fuss free, I managed to make it in the end :D yes Mr G is a blissful man
